Interesting Facts (2021)
OVERALL TOURNAMENT
This is the biggest tournament in terms of participants since Summer 2016!
This is our first tournament to incorporate different two phases of gameplay where a specific minigame is played in each one.
Six of the eight participants that competed in Transformice minigames in Summer 2020 came back to this edition!
This tournament marks our least active Opening Day in history, with only 4 matches completed (3.603% of tournament). In the past four tournaments hosted, over 20% of the overall past tournaments had been completed on Opening Day.
Every single individual has been involved in a two-point margin rule match with the exception of Cewb, Gemicore, Micsaur, and Symphoni.
PHASE 1
Cewb got his first Transformice minigame victory for the first time since the Survivor minigame in Summer 2013.
This marks the first tournament where everyone lost at least one match one week into the beginning of the tournament.
A bot repeated as Uno Singles champion for the second straight year.
Cookehxd finished 9th place in both Uno Singles editions last and this year.
In Uno Singles last year, Magicallina finished in the Top 4 while Duncanman and Micsaur finished in the Bottom 4. This year, Duncanman and Micsaur finished in the Top 4 while Magicallina finished in the Bottom 4.
Itsflamedude won his third straight Racing championship since 2016.
All the Phase 1 Finals matches went to two-point margin rule with the exception of Fight.
PHASE 2
There was no two-point margin rule match until Day 18 (6/30), and there have been 14 since that day.
4 of 9 group stage matches in Deathmatch/FFA went to two-point margin rule, where all of them ended at 9-7.
Socialfreak faced his two former Deathmatch/FFA finalist rivals in group stage this year (Cookehxd in Winter 2015-16/Summer 2016 and Duncanman in Summer 2020).
4 of 8 knockout round matches in Deathmatch/FFA went to two-point margin rule, where 2 of them went to 9-7 and the other 2 went to 10-8.
Everyone in Deathmatch/FFA was involved in a two-point margin rule with the exception of Kendy.
In the Deathmatch/FFA Semifinals, 3 of the 4 participants came from Group B while there is no individual from Group C being represented.
In the Survivor Semifinals, 3 of the 4 participants came from Group B while there is no individual from Group A being represented.
The Top 4 of Deathmatch/FFA this year are the same Top 4 from the 2015-16 edition.
Cewb, Cheezonwheel, Cookehxd, Itsflamedude, and Symphoni were involved in the Top 4 of Uno Teams last year and were back again in this year's Uno Teams.
The Top 3 of Deathmatch/FFA were all from Group B.
Itsflamedude won his second ever Uno Teams championship, last year with Cheezonwheel and this year with Symphoni.
Flamin' Hot Simps are the only undefeated team in Uno Teams history.
Socialfreak lost his first ever Finals match in Deathmatch/FFA, losing a streak that dated back to 2015.
