Bootcamp Rules
Bootcamp Rules:
The Bootcamp minigame will need to be run using /module #records in the tribe house. The time messes up in the tribe house, so you must press L to view the accurate times. The Bootcamp Map Codes list will be used to compete in the #records module. Two competitors will compete in Bootcamp maps to try and get the fastest time in order to receive a point. This will continue until someone has four points.
Any known common Bootcamp shortcuts can be used in the match and will count if used in the current match.
If there is a tie in the fastest time completed between the two competitors, the competitor who completed the map the most times gets the point. If this is tied as well, then the average of all the times for each person will be calculated. The lowest average wins the round.
If both competitors do not complete a specific map, then the competitor who reaches the farthest point in the map will take the victory for that specific round.
If one competitor does not know how to complete a certain Bootcamp map, the referee or a spectator is allowed to guide them through the map.
If both competitors do not know how to complete a certain Bootcamp map, the referee is allowed to change to a new map.
If one competitor does a late start, another map must be selected and start over.
Once a person completes a specific map, it is their choice to continue for that map or to simply take a rest for the next map.
A spectator is not allowed to block parts of the map.
A competitor or spectator is not allowed to spawn consumables in the current match.
For Referees:
The referee has to enter /module #records in the tribe house. The referee has to play the Bootcamp Maps on the Map Codes page by typing !np @mapcode. When you do this, you can see that the timer still says 2:00 on the top. To make it six minutes, type !time 255 to change the time. As soon as the timer reaches 6:00, the competitors must begin that specific map. The referee must see who gets the fastest time between the two competitors and that will be a point. The times on the bottom right center of the game are wrong, so the referee must press repeatedly L to see the list of the times between the competitors. This will continue until someone reaches four points (unless if two-point margin rule is used) and they must report the score to Akoolchicano. Make sure that there are no ties in the fastest time between the two competitors. In the rare event that there is a tie, the competitor with the most map completions wins the round. Make sure that there are no spectators ruining the match.
