Parkour Rules

Parkour Rules:

  • The Parkour minigame will need to be run using /module #parkour in the tribe house. Two competitors will compete in Parkour maps to try and get first place in each map in order to receive a point. This will continue until someone has four points.

  • In Parkour, there are checkpoints throughout the map that you have to stand on. Please make sure you are going through each checkpoint.

  • Any known common shortcuts related to bootcamp can be used in the match and will count if used in the current match.

  • If there is a tie in the time for first place between the two competitors, the map would be declared a draw and therefore no points will be given.

  • If both competitors do not complete a specific map, then the competitor who reaches the farthest completed checkpoint in the map will take the victory for that specific round.

  • If one competitor does not know how to complete a certain Parkour map, the referee or a spectator is allowed to guide them through the map.

  • If both competitors do not know how to complete a certain Parkour map, the referee is allowed to change to a new map.

  • If one competitor does a late start, another map must be selected and start over.

  • A spectator is not allowed to block parts of the map.

  • A competitor or spectator is not allowed to spawn consumables and special items in the current match.

For Referees:

The Map Codes page is not required in this minigame. The referee has to enter /module #parkour in the tribe house. The referee must see who gets first place between the two competitors and that will be a point. This will continue until someone reaches four points (unless if two-point margin rule is used) and they must report the score to Akoolchicano. Make sure that there are no ties in the fastest time between the two competitors. In the rare event that there is a tie, the map would be declared null. Make sure that there are no spectators ruining the match since they are able to spawn special items.
